Job Purpose:

Kafa’at is looking for Talent Acquisition Trainee – Tamheer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to diverse projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies across platforms such as LinkedIn, TAQAT, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and competencies.
  • Support coordination of interviews, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and preparing interview materials.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Tamheer Requirements:

• To be a Saudi citizen.

• Should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree .

• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

• Shouldn’t have the practical experience more than one year registered in GOSI.

• Should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.

  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
  • Minimum or no prior experience is required.
