We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools to manage candidate pipelines and track performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
