Golden Keystone is offering a 2-month HR Internship Program for motivated female candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Internship Details:

Duration: 2 Months

Timings: Midshift (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Working Hours: 7 hours (including a 1-hour break)

Stipend: PKR 30,000 per month

Location: Johar Town H Block opposite emporium mall

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and candidate screening

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate records and HR documentation

Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks

Communicate with applicants and follow up on hiring processes

Requirements:

Candidates with good communication skills

Interest in Human Resources and recruitment

Basic computer and organizational skills
