Talent & Performance Management Specialist / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Antalya, Turkey

We are looking for a Talent & Performance Management Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our team in Antalya, SunExpress Headquarters.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related area is preferred.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) or Succession & Development Planning (SPDP) certification required.
  • Professional certification in PMGM or SPDP is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management , specifically in Performance Management , Succession Planning , and Career Development .
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of the Performance and Goal Management and Succession Planning modules.
  • Experience in consulting or implementing SAP HR solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with BSC (Balanced Score Card), OKR (Objectives and Key Results), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and 360 Evaluation processes.



Technical Skills :


  • API Integration : Knowledge of API integration within the SAP SuccessFactors environment to integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, Learning Management Systems, etc.).
  • SAP SuccessFactors Configuration : Deep expertise in SuccessFactors PMGM and SPDP configurations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint .
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Robotic Process Automation (RPA) , and Machine Learning (ML) in the context of HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of LMS , SAP HR , and other talent management technologies.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is must.
  • Analytical Skills : Exceptional numerical and analytical ability, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable business insights.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Management Strategy : Facilitate and support end-to-end Talent Management processes including Performance Management , Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) , Succession Planning & Development Planning (related to SPDP) , and Career Management .
  • SAP SuccessFactors Configuration : Configure, customize, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession & Development modules to align with business requirements and HR processes.
  • System Integration & API Management : Ensure smooth integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other internal systems, leveraging APIs to facilitate data flow and improve system performance. Handle integration setups, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data accuracy across platforms.
  • OKR / KPI Management : Implement, monitor, and manage OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) setting processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Work with business leaders to set clear, measurable objectives and track progress.
  • Collaboration with Business Units : Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet specific talent management needs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Use advanced analytical tools to interpret talent management data and provide actionable insights to leadership. Generate reports and dashboards to track performance and development metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement the best practices in performance management, succession and development planning. Monitor new trends and technologies in the HR field, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Feedback Mechanisms : Establish feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of talent management processes and continuously improve workflows.
  • Process Documentation & Communication : Document and communicate process updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs. Continuously improve procedures to reflect best practices.
  • Talent Retention & Engagement : Support initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement through reward & recognition programs and career development planning.
