Tax & Accounts Executive

We are hiring a Tax & Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in both taxation and accounting functions, preferably within a manufacturing industry environment. The role involves managing Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and daily accounting operations while ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Sales Tax and Withholding Tax returns
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Handle tax notices, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities
• Maintain proper tax records, reconciliations, and documentation
• Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, journal entries, ledgers)
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Support internal and external audits
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce - CA (Inter) or ACCA (Part-qualified) preferred
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in taxation and accounts
• Experience in a manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sales Tax & Withholding Tax regulations
• Experience handling tax authorities, audits, and compliance matters
• Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting software (ERP / QuickBooks / SAP)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
