Team Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and oversee end-to-end operations for developer services, post-sales activities, and handover management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a structured operations team of 20–25 staff across multiple tiers.
• Drive post-sales operations , RERA registrations, and handover services for developer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations , client SLAs, and internal turnaround times (TATs).
• Implement and audit SOPs for CRM, billing, and project onboarding.
• Act as the escalation point for client concerns and ensure top-class service delivery .
• Monitor KPIs, operational dashboards, and financial reconciliation in collaboration with Finance.
• Identify process gaps, optimize workflows, and champion automation tools and CRM enhancements .

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in operational management (real estate or professional services preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing mid-sized teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools .
• UAE Driving License (preferred).
