Team Lead – Content Marketing

India

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Executive / Team Lead to drive our medical content, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships.

If you are a strong individual contributor, you will focus on writing, creating, and managing campaigns. If you come with team management experience, you will additionally lead writers and interns, steering content strategy at scale.

The common thread: you’ll play a key role in shaping how patients, caregivers, and the healthcare community engage with our brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation

  • Write and oversee high-quality, patient-friendly medical content for blogs, product pages, newsletters, and health libraries.
  • Translate complex medical concepts into accessible language while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Align all content with SEO and AEO/GEO best practices.
  • Manage and execute a content calendar around campaigns, awareness days, and brand initiatives.

Social Media (Organic)

  • Plan and implement organic social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Manage posting, storytelling, carousels, reels, and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance and adapt content to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.

Influencer & Community Campaigns

  • Identify and collaborate with health, wellness, and lifestyle influencers for organic campaigns.
  • Create influencer briefs, oversee deliverables, and ensure messaging aligns with brand tone.
  • Build and maintain a network of micro-influencers and advocates to amplify reach.

Team Leadership (for Team Lead role)

  • Lead and mentor writers, interns, and junior content executives.
  • Review content output for quality, tone, and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with SEO, product, and design teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, and influencer campaigns (healthcare/pharma/wellness preferred).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to simplify medical concepts.
  • Proven record of organic growth through content and social campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media trends.

Tools experience: Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva/Adobe Suite.
