Team Lead Training & Development/ Organizational Development

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Training & Development / Organizational Development (OD) professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Design and conduct training programs for employees.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Plan and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
  • Work closely with department heads to improve employee performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist in performance management processes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports.
  • Support employee engagement and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Training & Development and OD (Textile industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
