Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Employee Relations to oversee and guide a team managing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. The role focuses on ensuring fairness, compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage grievance handling and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
  • Conduct and oversee workplace investigations with confidentiality, objectivity, and compliance.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards across the organization.
  • Supervise and mentor the employee relations team, promoting best practices and continuous development.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven experience in handling grievances and managing sensitive employee cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in employee relations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
