Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join our team at Celestia Constructions LLC. The role involves providing technical support to ensure the effective execution of construction projects in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Technical Engineer will act as the link between design and execution, assisting project managers and site teams in resolving technical issues, coordinating with consultants, and maintaining proper documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings, technical specifications, and design documents.
• Provide technical support to project managers, site engineers, and supervisors for day-to-day construction activities.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, RFIs, and material submittals for approval.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for resolving technical queries.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of method statements and ensure compliance on site.
• Monitor construction works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Carry out site inspections with consultants and clients for approvals.
• Maintain project technical documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure timely procurement and compliance of materials with technical specifications.
• Support the HSE team in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical solutions to prevent reworks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical engineering role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
