About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in our eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working across multiple technology stacks with a focus on delivering impactful, scalable solutions. You will lead by example, making pragmatic technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that advance our eCommerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for eCommerce projects across Salesforce & integration platforms.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and integration.

Experience with integration platforms (APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration tools)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that maximize value and impact.

Set technical expectations and standards for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Identify gaps in technology and processes, taking ownership of learning and applying new skills to bridge them.

Mentor and guide developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.
