Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager at GeekyBugs, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects that align with our clients' needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining GeekyBugs' reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring all project deliverables are met with the highest level of quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Allocate resources, including team members and equipment, based on project requirements and technical expertise.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to both internal teams and external clients, fostering transparency and managing expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and gather feedback from team members and clients.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication to all stakeholders.
• Continuously assess project processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a technical role within an IT services based company, with exposure to software development, system integration, or related technical domains.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Project management certification is a plus.
