Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant materials.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage project workflows and facilitate team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT services environment.
• Proven experience working with AI/Mobile/Web App projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
