Technical Recruiter

PNC Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1+ year of IT recruitment experience. If you’re passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and growing your HR career, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source & attract technical and non-technical talent
• Draft creative job ads for multiple platforms
• Screen candidates through resumes, interviews & assessments
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from first contact to final offer

What We Need:

• 1+ year in IT recruitment (staffing agency exp. is a plus)
• MBA/BBA in HR
• Hands-on sourcing & ATS experience
• Strong communication & attention to detail

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
