Technical Recruiter

We are looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various roles. You should have a strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes, along with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of technical job roles and skill sets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
