• End-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, Digital/Performance Marketing etc.)
• Experience with Digital Marketing Agencies will be Plus.
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, indeed, and other job portals.
• Screening and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinating technical assessments.
• Managing candidate pipeline & follow-ups.
• Employer branding & talent engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles & technologies
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in international hiring is a plus
