Technical supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor with a strong mechanical background to oversee the production of geysers and other kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in appliance manufacturing or a related industry. The role involves supervising daily production operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining machinery efficiency, and guiding technical staff to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the assembly, testing, and quality control of geysers, kitchen hoods, hobs, and other appliances.
• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to workers and technicians.
• Coordinate with the production manager to plan daily and weekly targets.
• Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and tools.
• Maintain accurate production reports, material usage, and defect logs.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Technology (DAE – Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance manufacturing / mechanical production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, quality checks, and safety procedures.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a technical workforce.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen and home appliances production will be an advantage.
