Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve power-related faults in coordination with field teams.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, configuration updates, and calibrations.
  • Ensure timely configuration updates and system calibrations as required.
  • Log and track all power-related incident, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal departments for timely issue resolution.
  • Escalate new customer requirements to appropriate teams and follow up.
  • Monitor power systems and alarms using NOC tools to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Experience: 1 year of experience

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.S in Electronics
  • Knowledge of power systems, including rectifiers, batteries, and generators.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools for power systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
