About the Role:
Acme Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Support Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting. The internship offers a paid stipend (20,000 – 40,000 PKR depending on experience) and has the potential to lead into a permanent role for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
• Assist in maintaining IT systems and performing routine checks.
• Deliver clear communication and professional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer operations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work night shifts with consistency and reliability.
