Location: Lahore
Salary: Rs. 37,000 + Incentives
Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Tele Sales
Type: Outbound Calls

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers by making outbound calls to promote our products and services.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings to generate interest.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Upsell additional products or services where possible.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain products clearly.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
