Tele Sales Officer - E-Commerce Sales

Job Description:

• Contact leads assigned or existing clients' to inform them about a product or services
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Probe to understand clients' requirements and close sales
• Direct prospect to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update client's information to the databases
• Handle grievances to preserve company’s reputation
• Go ‘ extra mile’ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
