About Us:

We're a 5-star Deluxe Hotel in South Goa, looking for friendly and outgoing Telecallers to join our team for the month of December.

*Job Description:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for reservations, guest services, and other hotel-related inquiries

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest queries

- Make outbound calls to potential clients for bookings and promotions

- Meet sales targets and conversion rates

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest queries

Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in a call center or hospitality industry is an advantage

- Ability to work in a team and meet targets
