Telecaller -Turkish, Arabic & English (Service Call)

Job Overview:

We are seeking multilingual telecallers fluent in Turkish, English, and Arabic for a 3-month service call project. The role involves making outbound calls to customers for feedback, service verification, and follow-ups. This is a contractual role ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound service calls in Turkish, English, and Arabic.
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain high levels of call quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team leads to report issues and share insights.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish, English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
