Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers daily
• Acquire business by calling nurseries
• Generate qualified leads through effective communication
• Explain company services clearly and confidently
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain a record of calls, leads, and conversions
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/lead generation targets
• Build customer interest through professional telemarketing skills

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident speaking tone and good listening ability
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
