Position Overview:
We are hiring Customer Engagement/Service Representatives (CSRs) for US campaigns – Night Shift. This role offers competitive pay, growth opportunities, and training for fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Assist in achieving sales targets using persuasion
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in US Call Center Sales or
• Fresh graduates with strong English
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
• Available for night shifts
• Must not be a student or employed elsewhere
