About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing / Telesales Executive with proven expertise in driving sales and generating leads through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Engage with inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize repeat business.
• Identify sales opportunities through market research, references, and cold calling.
• Present and promote products/services to customers in a persuasive manner.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales deals effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and multitasking.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
