Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into clients through effective follow-ups and consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to promote immigration and visa services.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about immigration options and processes.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure maximum conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and process efficiency.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive client relationship.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or immigration consultancy (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, result-driven, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Fluent in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus).
