Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Share product details, images, pricing, and availability through digital channels
  • Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) at the showroom or office
  • Support in developing long-term relationships with wholesale and retail buyers
  • Provide post-sales support and address any customer complaints or queries

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus)
  • Good command of WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word)
  • Customer service orientation with a pleasant and polite personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Basic understanding of textile/saree industry is a plus
  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
  • Only for females.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
