Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
- Share product details, images, pricing, and availability through digital channels
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
- Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) at the showroom or office
- Support in developing long-term relationships with wholesale and retail buyers
- Provide post-sales support and address any customer complaints or queries
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus)
- Good command of WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word)
- Customer service orientation with a pleasant and polite personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of textile/saree industry is a plus
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
- Only for females.
