Core responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification:
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from various marketing channels and databases.
  • Qualify leads by asking open-ended questions to determine the client's needs, budget, timeline, and preferences.
  • Customer relations and support:
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, services, and local market trends.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and keep them engaged.

Key skills required

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, including a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
  • Sales aptitude: The ability to handle rejection, engage and persuade potential clients, and use effective sales techniques is critical.
  • Customer service: A strong, customer-focused orientation is necessary for building long-term relationships.
  • Organizational skills: Strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are needed to manage multiple tasks and client follow-ups.
  • Technical proficiency: The role requires comfort with CRM software and other office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,300.00 per month
