Title: Tele sales Executive
Experience Required: 1–2 Years

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Tele Caller with prior experience in outbound calling and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will support the business development team by generating leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling meetings for digital marketing and e-commerce services.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele-Calling & Client Outreach:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases and self-generated leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
  • Introduce and explain digital marketing and e-commerce solutions to potential clients.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify client requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Capture and maintain accurate prospect details for follow-ups.
  • Share qualified leads with the Business Development team for closure.

Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up:

  • Schedule meetings or calls between interested prospects and sales/business development managers.
  • Perform regular follow-ups to increase lead-to-meeting conversion.

Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Address basic client queries and objections professionally.
  • Escalate detailed or technical queries to the relevant team.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and feedback in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call and lead performance reports.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or inside sales.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce services.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and achieving daily call and lead targets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
