We are looking for highly motivated Telesales Executives with proven experience in the FinTech industry to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and hands-on experience selling financial or digital products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote FinTech products and services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Stay updated on FinTech products, compliance norms, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in the FinTech industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling products such as loans, credit cards, digital payments, wallets, crypto, or financial services
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in NBFC, lending platforms, digital banking, or crypto/fintech startups
  • Multilingual skills (Hindi, English, regional languages) are a plus
