We are hiring a Telesales Executive to manage first-contact calls with inbound leads. This role is strictly focused on lead pre-qualification, not closing sales.
As the first point of contact, you will follow a structured call flow to assess each lead’s level of interest, budget range, and timeline. Qualified prospects are then transferred or scheduled with Senior Sales Advisors for detailed consultations and closing.
This position is ideal for candidates who are process-driven, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a high-volume inbound call environment with clear scripts, criteria, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from new leads promptly and professionally
- Engage prospects to understand their needs, interests, and expectations
- Ask structured pre-qualification questions covering:
- Level of interest
- Budget range
- Purchase or investment timeline
- Provide a concise and accurate overview of available investment options and explain next steps in the sales process
- Assess and classify leads as qualified or non-qualified based on predefined criteria
- Schedule, book, or hand over qualified leads to Senior Sales Advisors
- Accurately update CRM records, including:
- Call outcomes
- Lead status
- Notes and follow-up actions
- Maintain strict adherence to call scripts, quality standards, and internal processes
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets, including call volume and qualification accuracy
- Follow assigned onsite work schedules reliably and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in Telesales, inside sales, call center, or lead qualification roles
- Strong spoken English communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional tone
- Proven ability to follow scripts, objection-handling cues, and qualification frameworks
- Comfortable managing high-volume inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Basic experience using CRM systems, including updating lead statuses and notes
- Strong time management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite office environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in a full-time office-based role
- Flexibility to work shift-based schedules, including weekends if required
