Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – US Market

Location: Dubai Office

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential US-based clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets.

Client Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations to articulate business value and ROI.
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly.
  • Drive the complete inside sales cycle—from first contact to deal closure.

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track opportunities, forecasts, and conversion metrics accurately.

Product & Solution Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of:
  • Self-Service Kiosks
  • AI-based solutions
  • Odoo ERP implementations
  • Effectively communicate technical offerings in a business-friendly manner.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, presales, and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably selling to US clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Digital Transformation, IT services, SaaS, Odoo ERP, or AI solutions is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Sales Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with CRM tools and virtual sales environments is a plus.
