Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Karāchi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone to promote insurance products, generating leads, and closing sales. Other responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing queries effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Support to identify potential customers and provide assistance
  • Sales skills to achieve set targets and grow client base
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
