Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive / Tele Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a presentable personality with the ability to confidently interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding real estate projects.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, databases, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain project details, pricing, and available offers to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling and conversion.
• Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Provide professional and prompt responses to client queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or business development (preferably in real estate).
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle clients confidently over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or developer companies will be an added advantage.
• Multilingual skills (Hindi, Arabic, or other languages) are a plus.
