Telesales Executive

Job Brief:

The primary purpose of a Telesales job is to drive sales, generate revenue, and contribute to the growth and success of the business. Effective TS representative requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the telephonic conversation.

Job Responsibilities:

Contacting potential or existing Clients to inform them about projects and aligning meetings with the sales team is to create awareness, build relationships, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ultimately contribute to the successful execution of projects and the growth of the business.

  • To provide excellent customer services while in contact with Clients over the telephone in accordance with the defined SOPs
  • To achieve assigned Quantitative/Qualitative targets effectively as per the defined parameters
  • To communicate effectively and efficiently, while handling clients online, display strong and effective call management techniques
  • To remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, and products offered by the company through Morning Meetings and refresher sessions
  • To follow the company policies & procedures submissively
