Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads for the sales
team.
- Present Residence 41’s key features, amenities, and investment benefits clearly and
convincingly over the phone.
- Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, website leads, and referrals to
maximize conversion potential.
- Schedule appointments and property visits for the Sales Agents and maintain detailed
records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly lead generation and call conversion targets
assigned by the Line Manager.
- Build rapport with potential buyers to nurture interest and maintain a professional brand
impression.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market in Lahore, especially high-rise
developments, to answer client queries effectively.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to align messaging and
follow-up strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within real estate or property
development.
- Strong understanding of Lahore’s real estate market, especially the dynamics of
high-rise and luxury projects.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed assigned
KPIs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
