We are a growing IT and Dispatch Service company providing professional dispatch solutions to clients in the U.S. trucking industry.

About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will promote our Truck Dispatch Services to U.S.-based clients through outbound calls.
You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to truck drivers and logistics clients in the U.S.
• Present and promote dispatch services clearly and effectively
• Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs
• Record and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and Excel sheets

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email handling)
• Fresh graduates with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply
• Prior telesales or call center experience will be an advantage
• Must be available for on-site night shift in Lahore

Job Details

• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month + Attractive Commissions
• Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (On-site)
