Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to residential and commercial customers
- Generate and qualify solar leads
- Explain solar system benefits, net metering, batteries, and energy savings
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings and site surveys for the sales team
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience in telesales, call center, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Good command of Urdu and basic English
- Familiarity with CRM and social media communication is an advantage
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
