Telesales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and track sales activities in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
