Telesales Representative ( American Accent)

About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Representative with a fluent American accent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in frontline sales, particularly in the eBook industry, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell eBook publishing services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Fluent American accent (mandatory).
• Entry level candidates are prefferd.
• Prior experience in eBooks, publishing, or digital sales will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer focus and persuasive skills.

Timings : Evening shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
