Temporary Admin Assistant

  • Job Summary: This position will report to and support the plant Quality Manager of Martinrea The associate will perform a verify of critical complex administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can operate with a high level of discretion, reliability, and dedication. Excellent organizational and management skills as well as basic understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented, and conscientious.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment

  • Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Translation of documents from English to Arabic.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with a variety of administrative support duties including, but not limited to scheduling, preparing reports, researching information, creating

presentations and training materials

  • Support different departments in compiling and checking reports, searching, and

Investigating information related to manufacturing processes and technical training

  • Quality Manager and the other department in gathering data and

coordinate associated statistical data for use for assigned projects and specific reports.

  • Develop an understanding of key organizational data that is critical to the operational

success of the company standardize procedures and processes.

  • Supporting with document control.
  • Support with uploading documents in the system.
