Temporary Receptionist

Job Overview:
Wrkbay is looking for a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist to join our team for one month. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage meeting room bookings and front desk schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or administrative assistant is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work for 1 month (temporary position)
