Tender Engineer & Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as a Tender Engineer / Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tendering, cost estimation, contract management, and project cost control within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Perform cost analysis, comparison, and value engineering
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Evaluate subcontractor payments, claims, and variations
• Conduct site measurements and prepare interim valuations
• Prepare final accounts and ensure cost closure of projects
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance (FIDIC preferred)
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams
• Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 6+ years of UAE construction experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai market rates and suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/QS software
• Solid understanding of contracts and cost control
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working on high-rise or villa projects in Dubai
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
