Preferred Candidate:

Retired Major / Lieutenant Colonel / Colonel from Pakistan Army with strong experience in administration, discipline, logistics, and team management.

Job Summary

The Terminal Manager will oversee complete terminal operations, enforce discipline, ensure passenger service quality, manage staff performance, and maintain smooth coordination between transport operations and administration. The role requires a highly organized leader with excellent command, problem-solving ability, and the capability to handle pressure in a fast-paced transport environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

• Supervise all day-to-day terminal operations (departures, arrivals, loading, ticketing, cargo).
• Ensure bus schedules, fleet movement, and passenger handling remain smooth and timely.
• Monitor platform operations, fuel management, and vehicle dispatch.

Administrative & Discipline Oversight

• Enforce strict discipline among terminal staff (drivers, conductors, loaders, supervisors).
• Implement company SOPs and ensure compliance with HR and operational policies.
• Conduct daily briefings and maintain military-standard order and cleanliness at the terminal.
• Manage duty rosters, attendance, leave schedules, and security protocols.

Customer Service & Public Dealing

• Ensure courteous interaction between staff and passengers.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee VIP protocol, family sections, and special service passengers.

Staff Supervision & Leadership

• Lead and mentor terminal teams through military-style discipline and professionalism.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training where needed.
• Build strong coordination between ticketing, cargo, drivers, and operational staff.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain close coordination with Head Office, Operations Department, and Fleet Control.
• Provide daily and weekly terminal performance reports.
• Manage vendor coordination (canteens, maintenance, fuel, cleaning staff).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Retired Major / Lt. Colonel / Colonel preferred.
• Strong command over administration, security, discipline, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a large workforce in a busy transport environment.
• Knowledge of transport operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work long hours and manage emergency situations calmly.
