Terminal Shift In-Charge

Venus International Container Terminal is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to oversee all shirt-related operations, billing, and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing client requirements for container shipments efficiently and ensuring timely fulfilment with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shirt operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare, review, and manage billing and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfil container requirements.
• Ensure timely loading, packing, and dispatch of goods as per client schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all operational activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor quality, timelines, and compliance with company standards.
• Generate daily and monthly reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in shirt operations, production, or export.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and shipment documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle client requirements independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and record-keeping software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
