Job Purpose

Plan, assign and monitor targets in line with Zonal plan, achieve the sales, realization and collection targets and monitor effectiveness of branding and sales promotional activities in the territory.

Location: Delhi Key Result Areas

KRA Supporting Actions

1 Business Deliverable 1Plan, assign and monitor Territory level targets to ensure yearly P&B (volume, market share, NCR) numbers are achieved

2Responsible for achieving Zonal and develop strategies to attain P&B numbers

3To execute segment wise customer wise sales

4Constant touch with the dealers & customers for orders and requirement

5Constant review of status of each dealers

6Market studies to get to know the market position where products are concerned

2 Regular followup for Ugai under control 1Ensure effective utilization of Sales & Order planning, Customer Order Fulfillment for timely receipt of material at customers end

2Monitor the payment positions of the customers and ensure timely collections

3To follow-up with dealers and consumers for timely collection of payments

4Review credit limit and credit rating of customer

3 Explore new areas to increase sales 1To assist the superior and check for new areas for sales

2Explore the potential of sales for the new areas in terms of customers

3To collect segment wise information in the area

4 Customer Grievances 1Review of customer complaints for quality and commercial effectiveness

2 Address grievances

5 Product promotion Activities & Customer Awareness 1Organize promotional activity as per the plan

2Co-ordinate with local dealers to understand customer feedback

3Visit sites to create product awareness

4Organize customer feedback
