About the Role

We are looking for a Territory Manager (Field Sales) to join our growing team at Azynto (Project of Hi-Tech). The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Dairy Feed Additives across the Lahore and Gujranwala regions. This role requires someone with strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (experience in Dairy / Feed industry will be preferred).
• Minimum Education DVM/Animal Husbandry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Lahore & Gujranwala territory.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
