About the Company

A leading company in the lighting and electrical equipment industry is expanding its sales force! We specialize in LED lighting, solar products, and energy-efficient electrical solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to drive growth and manage dealer networks within Lahore and surrounding areas.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and ensuring consistent sales growth in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular market visits, proactive sales engagement, and strong recovery follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors in the lighting and electrical sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market penetration strategies.
• Conduct daily market visits to promote products, present offers, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
• Maintain updated records of clients, quotations, and ongoing deals.
• Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Manager for planning and reporting.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in lighting, LED, solar, or electrical equipment (mandatory).
• Strong market knowledge and client network in Lahore region preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven personality.
• Must own a motorbike for field visits.
• Basic spoken English (for reporting and communication with Chinese management).

Education

No specific degree required — relevant sales experience and market knowledge are key.
