About Your Role

SocialQ Agency is looking for a TikTok Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the setup and ongoing management of affiliate collaborations for a new consumer brand launch.

This role is focused on driving product sales through TikTok creator partnerships using TikTok Shop and affiliate collaboration tools. You will be responsible for building and managing the affiliate ecosystem, from collaboration setup to creator outreach and performance tracking.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. We are looking for someone who understands how TikTok creators drive commerce and how to scale affiliate partnerships strategically.

This position is contract and remote. Willingness to work east coast hours is a must. Check out our website to find out more about our brand and services.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Setup

  • Configure and manage affiliate collaborations inside TikTok Seller Center
  • Set up Open Collaborations and Target Collaborations
  • Organize eligible product SKUs and commission structures
  • Ensure product listings are optimized for creator promotion

Creator Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify creators aligned with brand audience and product category
  • Manage creator outreach and collaboration invitations
  • Build a pipeline of creators in relevant niches (lifestyle, desk aesthetic, productivity, stationery, etc.)
  • Coordinate product seeding where applicable

Campaign Activation

  • Manage active affiliate collaborations and creator relationships
  • Monitor creator content and ensure affiliate links/products are correctly implemented
  • Encourage content cadence and product storytelling aligned with brand voice

Performance Tracking

  • Track affiliate performance across creators and products
  • Identify top-performing creators and scale partnerships
  • Optimize commission incentives based on performance

Optimization & Scaling

  • Continuously source new creators and collaboration opportunities
  • Test new creator segments and content formats
  • Provide weekly insights on what content and creators are driving conversions

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok Affiliate programs
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystem
  • Experience working with creator outreach and partnerships
  • Ability to identify creators who convert, not just creators with large followings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially with regards to campaign setup and trafficking, QA, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you. Teamwork and scrappiness required.
  • A testing and learning evangelist - no result is ever a problem as long as we can learn and improve in future.
  • Humble in victory, constructive in defeat. We champion and expect empathy, communication, collaboration, and respect.

Bonus

  • Experience launching affiliate programs for DTC brands
  • Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or consumer products
  • Familiarity with TikTok analytics and creator performance metrics

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
